Worst app ever

You get sent to change your password when you try to pay your bill, you lose your spot when shopping, it doesnt hold your password, its managed by a 3rd party so when you change account info it doesnt work. I have been trying to access my account online for a YEAR and its still not fixed. Horrible!!
