Scrolling is so sensitive it makes me not even shop on the app

We always get good quality when we order Old Navy these clothes last a long time. Usually, we give them as hammy downs to friends kids.

My order is missing a piece of my order and when I would get back on to the app to navigate it to find where I would go I would hit chat or back and it would just just drop. I’d start from the beginning and it would just keep dropping. It continued to happen to where I haven’t been able to get on to chat about my missing item. Shopping is easy but the back end part the app or just Old Navy online just kicks me out.

Love the app, but, need more TALLS, please

The app keeps me up to date on all the deals and upcoming events! It’s easy for me to purchase online for an in store pickup or find stores that have my item available.

I wear quite a few things from Old Navy….shirts, pajamas, knit tops.

This app is easy to use and reliable. It is very convenient and offers reasonable prices.

My sister who has an account of good standing with both stores gave me a gift card for either my birthday or Christmas 2 years ago and I bought several items during a big sale. I received everything except for a blue denim jacket.They sent me a cheap pink child sized hat that I didn’t order instead.If they had run out of stock of my denim jacket they should have sent me an email and allowed me to choose something of equal value to my denim jacket.But no they just sent me something that I wouldn’t have ever ordered for myself and I definitely didn’t have any use for. They didn’t even give me the option to order a substitute item of equal value. So I refuse on principle to never order anything else from any of their companies ever again. The whole situation just rubbed me the wrong way.It broke any trust that I could have had with any of their brands and stores. I really didn’t appreciate how they dealt with the issue and I am unwilling to order anything ever again because they broke my trust.

I feel like old navy upgraded their style of clothing. I love it

For those who are blind or visually impaired, it is nearly impossible to tell what color a garment is due to the names given for the colors. They are creative and cute, but not descriptive.

This is the worst app. I open it monthly between Facebook grabs, to updating my now 2 year olds clothing sizes. Since they grow so fast. Every single time there is a required update. I understand and can appreciate fixing bugs and issues, but dang literally every time I open the app? I think some updates don’t need to be required. And in those times if I’m inconvenienced enough by said bug I’ll go update. If I’m not I’ll continue on with the app as is. When there are major fixes or updates then make it a requirement. Or maybe require them every 90 days or something. Please do better about this or I will literally delete the app and shop on the .com when I remember to. Like it’s gotten annoying enough I came to write this review, that’s how you know you’re doing the most.

I open this app every couple of weeks and for the last few months, I’ve been forced to update the app before I can use it—every single time. Two months ago it happened when I was at checkout in an Old Navy store and needed to show an order to the cashier. I’m this close to deleting it. Nobody needs to push a required update every week.

Old navy has been a great go to over the years for affordable family seasonal pieces. My husband loves their khaki dockers. I get good quality basics like shorts collared shirts and dresses for my kids. They have clothing for petite women with realistic curves that are flattering. I love that the their styles can be both trendy and classic.

This app is getting worse with every “update.” You now cannot shop by gender and then category in the baby section. I don’t want to see ALL baby rompers, just baby boy. I don’t want to shop for every single article of clothing offered in size 6-12 months, I want to select the category I’m shopping in. Not to mention the way you can’t scroll without the page jumping items, skipping, you try to go back and it jumps back to the beginning, etc. After shopping with old navy through all 4 of my kids, this app is getting really frustrating.

Updated app and now it’s not working

Would be great if my cart items didn’t just disappear if I leave them in my cart for whatever is considered “too long”. Otherwise app works well.

In my family we have loved ones of all sizes. From newborn through 4x tall and 10petite. I have always been able to find affordable clothes that look lovely on all of them! Thanks

This app gets me in trouble!!! ha ha. So simple to use!!!! I am so used to it I can no longer shop in the store. 😂

They update this app way too frequently and they don’t let you use out of date versions. It feels like every time I open it, I’m having to download a new version. It’s obnoxious when I just want to browse clothes.

The app on my iPhone has not worked in months. I keep getting “something went wrong “ when I try to open it. I have deleted and reinstalled to no avail!

I’ve never had an app issue until now. It just doesn’t work after every solution attempt (e.g., delete/reinstall app, clearing the cache). The biggest issue: The refresh button doesn’t refresh. I’ve tried going to the site from my cleared- cache and incognito browsers to no avail. The latest app update five days ago created this problem in my opinion.

He helped me so much today with my order. I couldn’t find my Gap card and he so patient waited till I found it. He was so patient, kind, and very accommodating. He is a true asset to your company! THANK YOU, JAVIER!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Oldnavy in store and on the app but lately I haven’t been able to enjoy the app I try to scroll and it scrolls to fast and I have to keep going back and back.

I would recommend to all looking for style and fashion.

Updated this morning. Now I can’t get to the filters for size/style/color etc.
