Horrible Waste of Space

Can I leave zero stars? I really really really wanted to love this app. My husband and I buy clothes for ourselves and our entire family from ON. We each have our on store credit cards and make frequent use of them. I was hoping this app would be a streamlined way to shop, check our balance, pay our bill, use our rewards online and in store. I wanted to like this so badly that I installed it twice! And deleted it twice.

Logging in is a headache- every single time, it tells me my password is incorrect. So I go through the process of changing it but it doesnt matter because I have to do this every time. Every. Time.

If I eventually do get logged in and want to do some shopping, the app periodically freezes. Might as well use safari and go to the full site.

If I log in and want to see my rewards, it prompts me to log in again. And again I have to create a entirely new password. Its a hot mess and not worth the time and frustration. Unfortunately. I really hope this gets some major fixes because it could be so so awesome.
