Fix this app ASAP! Hands down worst app for paying or viewing your bill! Old Navy is a huge corporation, fix your app! I cant even use the app to make a purchase or view my bill information because I can't even get the app to sign me in properly! Every-time I enter my username and password the app it locks me out after one attempt. Dont waste your time with the app - just do yourself a favor and go to the website instead!

The other day was at store to shop. Got to the register and guess what? Could not get to my rewards. Website would not let me. Would let me in to do everything else but that. I did go ahead and make the purchase without using my rewards but in the future will not. Im an ON fan and am hoping they work things out soon bc I order most eveuthing

You get sent to change your password when you try to pay your bill, you lose your spot when shopping, it doesnt hold your password, its managed by a 3rd party so when you change account info it doesnt work. I have been trying to access my account online for a YEAR and its still not fixed. Horrible!!

90 % of our familys clothes are from Old Navy, so the app is very convenient for me.The app is very easy to use. I really like the heart feature, I can add things I like and go back to them or change things I plan to buy in the future. The only issue is the back arrow which has been a ongoing issue with the app. It can be frustrating when using the app. Overall I believe they have done a great job, just the arrow issue needs to be permanently addressed.

Would be nice to be able to see the rewards in the app. Luckily ON sends the occasional email with the barcode and code itself. With ON being such a great store you would think they would have a fully functioning app. #disappointed

I find apps make shopping online much easier and convenient. With that being said, ONs app hasnt quite reached that level of convenience. Please create an option to view the page you were previously on by adding a back button feature!! It freezes constantly

My shopping thru Old Navy has only been thru the app. Its quick,easy,and looking up the coupon is right on there. Very convenient !

Horrible app to shop on. Takes to long to update your cart. There is no back button to go back from looking at the details of an item. So you have to go to main menu all the time

I love old navy, my entire wardrobe is mostly old navy but this app needs lots of work! The credit card section needs lots of help.

Well they corrected the "back button" issue and now its gone again! Getting a little tired of this guys!!

Today, I was in one of Old Navys stores and every time I tried to scan an item, nothing came out. It was a good feature before. I restarted the phone, I reinstalled the app, but nothing!!! And the back arrow is nonexistent!!!

i find bargains on items that higher price stores may carry!! luv it!!

Love it, use it very often but definitely needs an update.

Easy to use and sales are right at your fingertips. Sometimes it can be alittle slow but its great. Beats going to the actual store and standing in line for 30 minutes. Love love love it!!!!

I can never get connected to pay my bill. Old Navy do you want my payment? If not, I could use the extra money for something else.

I have never seen an app crash more than this one. Every time I use it there is an issue.
