The app is slow and doesnt load very well. The three bars to open menu rarely works. Im a navyist and need this to work for my shopping habits

Where I do most of my online shopping love that they have tall sizes and free shipping, it makes it easy for a tall girl like me to find things that fit easily and are affordable

Wont let me sign in on my account and doesnt let me click on some links.

I shop all the time on this app and the constant need to sign in has become a huge inconvenience. Fix it!

Other than the freezing, its great

I cant shop on my phone due the lack of being able to look at the previous page. Huge problem!!

The app just is difficult and annoying to work with. Regardless of how good the wifi Im on the app takes long periods to load pages and even to register what I clicked on. Theres a feature where you can press a back arrow to go to the previous page you were on but it just disappears sometimes or will just bring you back to the home screen. It really needs some updates.

Very temperamental...sometimes it works great and sometimes it doesnt work so great. But I like ON and love the sales.

well I dont think so I hate it when companies integrate websites in to an app frame and call it an app Very slow wont load pages and half the Times its Not connecting to the server, am a software developer and the Credit card portion of it should be a lot better and smoother we are dealing with peoples information here, check your bugs please and fix the latency in the backend ..

I love oldnavy outfits and the good prices and offers,but the app needs work.it takes forever to load.

This app does not work well when checking orders online. Keeps telling me to use a valid password I know my password. Please address this problem.

I love old navy, they have cute stuff at great prices. I love it especially for my daughter, because if anything gets ruined, its no big deal. Love it

Old Navy is my absolute favorite store and I love this app!! I have never had any problems with the app and it runs great!!

I like that I can go to one app to take care of everything shopping, credit cards, and rewards.

The app was mostly easy to use and navigate. Sometimes I would hit the wrong button & that would take me to the wrong page, but my fault.

I enjoy using app until it asks you about rewards. Just takes you thru too much to get to info. Waiting to see how new mobile site gonna be. Others than that I loooooove ON!!(OLD NAVY)

Ok. Three times to write this review of how frustrating this app is. After I write my review Im told my user name is already used and it makes me start over. Really? Cant it just direct me to try another? Any way, even without that, this app is quite frustrating to use. Why cant I go back when I look at a product in my search? I have to start over. I do no like using this app on my phone. Its very difficult to find what Im looking for.
