I love how efficient it is

I love this app it puts everything right at your fingertips, and since Im a huge fan of Old Navy, Gap and Banana Republic, it just makes since to use it. Thanks

This app is worthless. When I was writing this review I was kicked off twice and had to start all over. The Wi-Fi in the store doesnt work even though my phone says Im connected. The store clerk said she had trouble also connecting. I also could not pull up my rewards to use them. I also havent been getting text messages for promotions and when she tried to help me re-register in the store that didnt work either

If I were Old Navy, I wouldnt even have an app. Everybody loves you but this app makes us hate you!! Update your app or dont have an app at all its simple. This app freezes all the time!! You cant look up anything, its completely useless. Just remove it from the App Store.

It freezes more than it works. Waste of time.

I feel like this is just oldnavy.com being pumped into an app. Thats the only thing that explains why its super laggy, unstable, and looks exactly like their website. It makes absolutely no sense. Youre way better off using oldnavy.com.

This is the most unfunctional app I have ever tried to use to shop. Constantly freezes and crashes and inspires me not to use my money to shop with old navy. Same can be said for the gap app.

Id suggest they simply fix the bugs if I thought it would help, but I think its the sort of jumbled mess that can only be fixed with a clean start. Hire a new app developer and re-think the entire look, feel, and speed of this app. Its really really bad. I managed to navigate through the mess to make a purchase, only to get an error messages that "this screen could not be loaded" ...twice. Very frustrating. Will not use again unless the app is re-worked.

Worst clothing app I have ever usef

Look I love old navy but this app is just awful. It does not work well and is so frustrating. If you want to shop from old navy on your phone just go through your web browser to their website. What is weird is that their gap app does not seem to have the same problems. Either way dont download this app.

Completely and utterly unusable. Slows to a crawl. Cannot touch/click on anything—to sign in or otherwise. Obviously Gap has hamstrung themselves with app developers who cannot code at all…or perhaps Gap has a $1.99 budget for app development. Frustrating beyond belief.

The links are non-responsive, it is very frustrating to navigate. I have downloaded and erased this app 3 times, still belongs in the trash.

Yeah this app is trash. Whoever made it needs to go back to school. Anyone who said this app is ok is smoking crack.

Yes you can shop just fine through the app, though its a bit clunky. However it would be nice to have an in app wallet to store promo codes and super cash along with your rewards.

This app is terrible! Everything has to be reloaded multiple times and is so slow! This app would be fine if the bugs were fixed, but Ive had it close to 9 months and nothing has changed. Use the website and DONT waste your time downloading it! If it hasnt been fixed by now its clearly not a priority for the company. All Gap affiliated apps work this way too so you can skip the others as well!

After 5 tries I have yet to be able to finish a purchase with the app. The app needs so much work before its even useful.
