App crashes all the time. Much easier to use the Internet or go in store the app will just leave you frustrated trying to buy a shirt

I got this app bc i lllllloooooooovvvvvveee old navy and i always get gift cards for there.. So i thought that i could put the gift cards on to it... Well apparently i was wrong, first i tried to scan it. That didnt work atol so then i entered the barcode... I have no idea why but it wouldnt work i tried everything and nothing works. So i am mostly disappointed in this app bc the main thing that i wanted to use it for didnt work

This app is glitchy, slow and freezes often...after multiple attempts to use, I have deleted it.

In order for me to take the time to write a review, I must feel strongly. This is a horrible app. I thought it would facilitate me finding deals and accessing rewards and instead I have found it incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The app is little more than a web browser that glitches and freezes. In the month Ive had it Ive only once been able to access my rewards without an issue. During the busts, stressful holiday season I was in line to pay for Christmas gifts and could not access my rewards. The app froze. So here I was trying to negotiate the app with a long line of customers behind me and a tired salesperson trying to be gracious. Im using my rewards soon Then deleting the app from my phone because it is that useless.

App is awful to navigate. Terribly buggy. Also, despite having a returns option in the app you can not start returns for the items you purchase online from the app or even from the website from a mobile device. Must use a PC.

Its basically nothing more than an overblown ad. You can browse all the items and add them to your cart, but any attempt to do anything else (like see a size chart, or filter your items) and it crashes. This includes actually buying anything. So you can look at everything, but you cant buy it! Truly, a useless app.

Need to me compatible with the iPhone 6s the app crash a lot. Has a lot of bugs.

This app simply doesnt work. It is an app that it is supposed to allow you to search for and buy clothes, but it is impossible to successfully accomplish either. There is no excuse for such a bad app.

This app looks like its from 2009 and has the poor function to match. I managed to make a purchase and then promptly deleted the app. I will stick to the web browser from now on.

This is one of the worst shopping apps ever. Major bugs,continually locking up and freezing. The only thing that is worse is actually having to go into an Old Navy store to shop.

I dont recommend this application at all! It freezes, doesnt load properly, and is more time consuming than getting on the actual Internet! Dont download it!!

This app is terrible! Navigation is poor and I find myself going all the way back to the menu every time I want to go just one step back. Searching is a disaster! Even if you put in filter criteria other results still come up....what is the point of the filter?! As a consistent shopper at old navy, gap and banana I am extremely disappointed in this app. I even took a survey put out about the app by old navy....still no changes ad no feedback after taking the survey. I hope they change the app soon!

I should have read reviews before getting my card If anything I thought I could make a payment on my app oh nooooo it took me forever to find out how to make a payment very upset i want convenience not to have to call someone

Its not a good app to start with but now it doesnt even work. Absolute crap.

I love Old Navy but I will definitely not be using the app for iPhone. As soon as I downloaded the app I noticed the lack of response. When you finally get to a page it still takes for ever to work. Definitely needs a fix!!

Can I leave zero stars? I really really really wanted to love this app. My husband and I buy clothes for ourselves and our entire family from ON. We each have our on store credit cards and make frequent use of them. I was hoping this app would be a streamlined way to shop, check our balance, pay our bill, use our rewards online and in store. I wanted to like this so badly that I installed it twice! And deleted it twice. Logging in is a headache- every single time, it tells me my password is incorrect. So I go through the process of changing it but it doesnt matter because I have to do this every time. Every. Time. If I eventually do get logged in and want to do some shopping, the app periodically freezes. Might as well use safari and go to the full site. If I log in and want to see my rewards, it prompts me to log in again. And again I have to create a entirely new password. Its a hot mess and not worth the time and frustration. Unfortunately. I really hope this gets some major fixes because it could be so so awesome.

I love this app and use it all the time, but for some reason in my favorites nothing is showing up! Please fix!!
